We Do Not Post Albums or Album Reviews. All Material Must Be Free. Videos Need To Include Mp3s.

Please read before Submitting Music...

1. Take a minute and read over your email. Make sure things are labeled correctly and enough information is given (but not too much). Emails should not be over two - three paragraphs.

2. If I have never heard you before I likely will not have the time to listen to an entire mixtape. A link to the entire tape is nice but please attach a few of your best tracks (originals, not industry beats). If I enjoy what I hear then I may check out the entire project.

3. Make sure you've included artwork or pictures. If the song is not attached to the email then a download link (ex: hulkshare, mediafire, limelinx, bandcamp, soundcloud, etc.) should be provided.

4. A bio doesn't have to be 10 paragraphs. Keep it short and simple with possibly a comment or two about the song(s) submitted.

5. Artists, remember first impressions are important so please be professional. The site doesn't post too many singles until we build a consistent relationship with the artist. Our style focuses around the two playlists at the end of each week. Being on the "For The Ladies" mix (every Thursday) does not make the song feminine. Rather every party, dance, r&b, club, and some up-beat hip-hop music is placed on these. The 'Volume' mixes (every Friday) are reserved for hardcore rap and hip-hop. Any tracks from these category playlists that contain official videos earns a separate post. All of these songs are carefully selected, not everything is used. Many of our visitors go straight for the end of the week mixes. By focusing on these we have attempted to differentiate ourselves from the typical music blog out there.

6. We do listen to EVERY submission so please do not send duplicates.

7. Always send material by Email. Do not send me music by Twitter, Facebook, or other social media outlets.

8. No artist receives automatic posts, the music needs to speak for itself.

9. You took the time to create the music and submit it. I took the time to listen and post it. It is expected whenever possible for the artist/management to share the link through social networks. This is how good relationships are created with a blog.
